As a certified clinical herbalist and certified holistic nutritionist, I offer herbal and nutritional consultations that can address both chronic and acute health concerns. I also work with clients to support their general wellness.

Fun Fact #1
I worked as a flower and herb farmer in Illinois for years before I moved to Colorado to pursue my herbal education! Working with the Earth was one of the best jobs I ever had.

My favorite herb is hawthorn (Crataegus spp.) — shhh, don’t tell the others! This plant has an incredible ability to soothe my anxiety and provide comfort during hard times.

I love to teach! As a former theatre kid, I adore being in front of an audience. I strive to make my classes fun and informative. Consider joining me for an in-person class on making medicinal foods, using herbs, and creating herbal products!
