Join me for a seasonal celebration and exploration of root medicine. Autumn is traditionally observed as a time to gather, process, preserve and store the medicine of roots. This class will get you up close and personal with a few medicinal species that are prized for their root medicine; we will learn about their historical and contemporary uses. Then we will all dig, clean, process and tincture some root medicine. Everyone will take home a brewing batch of these bitter, grounding and supportive plants!

Class will be held at Three Leaf Farm in Lafayette, CO! Come ready for outdoor learning and potentially chilly temps. :)
