Bitters are a powerful tool for digestive issues like gas, bloating, and nausea. They've also long been used in beverages to harness the power of different aromatic herbs.
In this workshop, you'll explore the significance of bitters, their benefits, and the herbs used. You'll also create your own custom bitters using a blend of aromatic herbs, flowers, fruits, spices, and spirits. All supplies will be provided, with alcohol-free options available.
