Join me for an outdoor class on wild and cultivated medicinal plants. This class will introduce a few key medicinal species that live in the mountain west and beyond. We'll learn about: where these plants grow and what conditions they like, their nutritional and/or medicinal benefits, and how to incorporate them into your life! We'll also cover the basics of wildcrafting ethics, and safe harvesting practices.
