Join Clinical Herbalist Liz Faermark for a class on making your own herbal tinctures with fresh plant material. Learn how to take a freshly-harvested medicinal plant and preserve its power in a liquid extract. Participants will learn a step-by-step process of tincture-making, peppered with helpful tips and tricks. We’ll also discuss how to incorporate tinctures into your own daily self-care practices. All participants will make and take home a brewing herbal tincture that they can strain and use! Students will also receive a handout with a recipe and detailed instructions so folks can confidently make fresh plant tinctures again at home.
