Join clinical herbalist and weedy-species-lover Liz Faermark for an outdoor class on edible and medicinal weeds. This class will introduce a few key weedy species that grow along the Front Range in CO. We'll learn about: where these plants grow and what conditions they like, their nutritional and medicinal benefits, and how to incorporate them into your life! We'll also cover the basics of wildcrafting ethics, and safe harvesting practices. Class will be held at the beautiful botanical sanctuary nestled along Coal Creek at Three Leaf Farm in Lafayette, CO.
